BE SURE TO HAVE THE FOLLOW INFORMATION READY:
- A valid email address.
- A Certificate of Authority number (Sales Tax ID).
- A Temporary Street Fair Vendor Permit number that is current for this year.
- A valid credit card. (There is a Vendor ID Fee of $50 + $7.75 convenience change that will be charged to your account.)
THE STEPS TO COMPLETE THE FORM WILL BE
- Enter in your basic information such as Name, Address, Phone, and Email Address
- Provide Your Credit Card Number and charge it for the Registration Fee.
- Read and Accept the terms and conditions
- Print out the registration fee id.
- You will receive an email normally within 4 hours (but it may take up to 24 hours) with your new vendor number and password.
